At Commando Tackle, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refund policy ensures that you can shop with confidence.

This policy complies with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, to protect your statutory rights.

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:
✔ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
✔ You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
✔ Items must be returned in full, including all accessories, components, and packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:
❌ Personalised or customised items.
❌ Used, damaged, or altered items (unless faulty).
❌ Perishable goods such as bait or food products.
❌ Gift cards and digital downloads.

If your item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

For faults occurring after 30 days but within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a repair or replacement is not possible, a partial refund may be issued.

For faults after 6 months, you may still be eligible for a repair or replacement if you can prove the issue was present at the time of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days via the original payment method.
✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
✔ If an item was purchased as part of a bundle or promotion, the full order may need to be returned for a refund.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Package the item securely and include your proof of purchase and return details.
3️⃣ Send the return to the address provided by our team.
4️⃣ Retain proof of postage until your refund or exchange is processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected by this policy. This includes your right to a cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, allowing you to cancel online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.
