• The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
• Products must be purchased brand new from an authorised Commando Tackle stockist.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Second-hand items are not covered under this warranty.

If your item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

For faults occurring after 30 days but within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a repair or replacement is not possible, a partial refund may be issued.

For faults after 6 months, you may still be eligible for a repair or replacement if you can prove the issue was present at the time of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
❌ User damage, including rips, dents, scratches, and normal wear and tear.
❌ Damage caused by misuse, alterations, or negligence.
❌ Commercial use of Commando Tackle products, which voids any warranty claim.

Any claims made after 24 months will not be considered, regardless of usage.

Your warranty claim must be processed through the retailer you purchased from.

1️⃣ Contact the retailer with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
2️⃣ The retailer will assess the claim and process a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
3️⃣ Retain proof of postage for any returned items.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected. This includes your right to:
✔ A refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty within 30 days.
